Nothing is charged today
Joining the founding-families waitlist is free. This policy applies once course purchases open, and we’ll link to it wherever you can pay.
30-day money-back guarantee
If you’re not happy with a Meridian course or membership, email us within 30 days of your purchase (or within 30 days of your access starting, if that’s later, such as an early-access start date) and we’ll refund it in full. You don’t need to give a reason.
Renewals and cancellation
- You can turn off automatic renewal at any time. Your access continues until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
- We’ll email you before an annual renewal is charged.
- If a renewal goes through and you didn’t mean it to, ask within 14 days of the charge for a full refund.
- After those windows, we don’t give partial refunds for the remainder of a paid period, except where the law requires it.
Pre-orders and deposits
If we ever take a founding pre-order or deposit, it’s fully refundable at any time before your course access begins.
Purchases made with ESA funds
If you paid with Education Savings Account (ESA) or similar state program funds, refunds are returned to that program account, not to you personally, as these programs require. The same 30-day and 14-day windows apply, and timing can depend on the program’s own processing.
Schools and universities
Purchases by institutions follow the terms of their agreement with us.
If something goes wrong
If you were charged twice, charged the wrong amount, or a technical problem on our side kept you from using the course, we’ll fix it or refund the affected amount whenever you tell us.
How to ask for a refund
Email contact@onyxenterprises.org from the address you purchased with. We’ll confirm within two business days. Refunds go back to the original payment method (or ESA account) and usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or program. Course access ends when a refund is issued.
